Shipping Destinations

We currently ship worldwide. However, please note that due to various circumstances such as ongoing conflicts, or other restricted areas, there may be certain regions or countries where we are unable to deliver. If we cannot fulfill your order due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order value. 

• Within the EU:

  • Orders under €99: €5 shipping fee.

  • Orders of €99 or more qualify for free shipping.

• Worldwide:

  • Orders under €149: €15 shipping fee.

  • Orders of €149 or more qualify for free shipping

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery is estimated (after dispatch) within 1-3 business days in the Netherlands, 2-5 business days within the EU, and 5-20 business days for worldwide orders. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Providers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. All packages come with tracking information, which will be shared with you once your order is shipped.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@quaintvintage.nl or via the chatbox on the bottom-right corner of our website. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
