At Quaint Vintage, we take pride in offering high-quality, vintage second-hand clothing, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you with returns or exchanges.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and (if present) with all original tags attached.

Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly.
How to Return:

Contact us at info@quaintvintage.nl with your order number and the reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@quaintvintage.nl within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are also refundable when a customer returns their order within the 14-day withdrawal period, in accordance with EU consumer laws. If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will also cover the return shipping costs.
